The most widely used plastic on land is everywhere in the water too.

In this material world plastic is the prevailing symbol of modernism. But we Forgotten that Plastic is a material that Earth cannot digest. It also accumulating in the oceans of the planet, it’s predicted that, there could be more plastic than fish in our oceans by 2050.

Benefits of reducing plastic consumption is Preventing pollution,Saves energy,Reduces greenhouse gas emissions,Reduces the amount of waste that needs to be recycled,Saves money.

In each year,  eight million tonnes of plastic ends up in our oceans.  researchers predict that this figure could double by 2025.

I recently helped my mom with her recovery routine and realized how much easier rehabilitation feels with Physiotherapy Services in Dubai brought right into home. The therapist helped tailor exercises to everyday movements around our flat—like getting up from the couch or using our stairs—which made every session feel more intuitive and effective. It was far more comforting and relaxed than rushing through clinic visits.
